Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Lead to join our team at Wolken Software. As a Strategic Account Lead, you will be responsible for managing complex client relationships, developing account plans, and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve customer success and business objectives.
- Proactively engage with clients to drive account growth, renewals, and long-term retention.
Key Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, including engaging with senior-level executives.
About the Role: The estimated salary for this position is $170,000 per annum, plus benefits. If you have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving long-term partnerships, we encourage you to apply.
