Strategic Account Growth Manager

As a Strategic Account Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our Enterprise customers, driving revenue growth through incremental product offerings and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Job Overview
The Strategic Account Growth Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategies to increase revenue from assigned Enterprise customers
- Liaising between VIBS and business teams to ensure sync on tariff offerings, order fulfillment, and issue resolution
- Maintaining detailed account dossiers and updating periodically
- Facilitating collections team to ensure timely payments and reduction in bad debts
- Coordinating with other teams for same account across teams to ensure sync in terms of tariff offering, other circle acquisitions, Order fulfillment, Issues Resolution & various other day to day activities
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 7-10 years of account management experience
- Expertise in Enterprise telecom products and services
- Enterprise Solution and Consultative Selling background
- Professional qualifications (MBA) from a reputable institute
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise telecom voice and data domain
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1.2 million - ₹1.8 million per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
