About Strategic Account Growth Manager:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients. The primary responsibility is to grow revenue by ensuring key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities, and attending meetings, conventions, and training workshops.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to analyze data and sales statistics to improve business and marketing strategies. A successful Key Account Manager must be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients generating significant revenue for GoKhana.
- Oversee key accounts spanning cities across India, with a central base in Bangalore, and travel to other cities as required.
- Address and resolve key client complaints promptly.
- Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Supervise account teams assigned to each key client.
- Communicate and collaborate with advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to meet key client needs.
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet deadlines for fulfilling long-term goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in key account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Strong ability to build rapport with key clients.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
