Job Description
The Senior Client Advisor will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This includes analyzing their data and business processes to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Presentation skills are essential in this role, as the candidate will need to present value propositions to both current customers and prospective sales leads.
A key aspect of this position is lead generation and sales, where the candidate will prospect for new sales leads, effectively pitch our products/services, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring continuous client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with 4-6 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or consulting.
Strong experience in consultative sales, including identifying client needs, proposing solutions, and closing deals is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze client data and provide actionable recommendations.
A strong negotiation and presentation skills are required, capable of selling complex solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
