Kratos Gamer Network is building a revolutionary gamer network that aims to become the home of global gamer data, owned by gamers. Our innovative Proof of Gamer (P.O.G) Engine enables gamers to build, own and monetise their reputation, fostering a deep value exchange between game publishers and precise gamer cohorts.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our team at Kratos Gamer Network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with new and existing gaming clients to promote and secure KGeN's community activation and drive revenue growth.
  • IDentify and sell KGeN's solutions to global gaming organisations, meeting sales goals and driving business expansion.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle and pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and maximising revenue.
  • Develop strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives, marketing strategies and gamer profiles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to enhance account growth and strategic product development.
  • Represent KGeN at industry events and expand industry connections through travel and networking.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in business-to-business (B2B) sales and a passion for gaming.
  • Adaptability and humility, with the ability to navigate challenges and shift gears quickly.
  • A self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take ownership and drive projects forward.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects while driving them forward with energy and focus.
  • Data-driven decision making, with the ability to spot trends and report on them.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan and professional development opportunities.
