  • Account Management: Nurture Relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing challenges.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and Mentor a dedicated team focused on partnership development, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8-10 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or wellness.
  • Track Record: Proven success in developing and managing complex partnerships, especially within insurance, banking, and media.
  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate significant relationships that drive business growth.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in guiding teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills for nurturing both internal and external relationships.
What We Offer

A competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
