Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement Manager

At United Way Bengaluru, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement Manager.
Estimated Salary: ₹5.8 Lakhs - ₹7.2 Lakhs per annum
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled individual to manage our corporate partnerships and community engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, identifying opportunities for CSR partnerships, and developing proposals and presentations tailored to potential donors.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in fundraising, volunteering or project coordination, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners to secure funding and resources for our programs
- Identify and pitch opportunities for CSR partnerships aligned with corporate objectives and our mission
- Develop proposals, MOUs, and presentations tailored to potential donors
- Liaise with corporate CSR teams to co-create impactful initiatives
- Coordinate with internal program teams to develop projects and reports in compliance with corporate requirements
- Track and document partnership deliverables
- Represent the organization at CSR events and conferences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, volunteering or project coordination
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
