Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

About the Role
Cashfree Payments is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to join our team.
As a Strategic Partnership Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong relationships with international brands, creating a systematic approach to identify and source new partnership opportunities, and structuring, negotiating, and executing partnership deals. You will have complete ownership of monthly and quarterly supply and monetization goals with strategic partners.
You will also play a key role in shaping products and businesses by building powerful and lasting partnerships that offer brands innovative ways to grow. This includes interfacing with other Cashfree teams such as Product, Marketing, and Analytics to drive win-win-win engagements for Cashfree consumers and brands.
The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in strategic partnership development, excellent negotiation skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working in the fintech industry with knowledge of payment aggregators.
The successful candidate will be comfortable building and managing relationships with C-Level executives, have a goal-oriented mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will also have the ability to deal with ambiguity and chart a path forward.
About the Job Description
- This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
