Strategic Partnership Development Lead

KreditBee is India's leading fintech lending platform, with a monthly disbursement of over ₹2200 Crores and 70 Million+ downloads on Google Play Store. The company offers various financial services digitally, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Expense Tracker.
Job Summary:We are seeking a key leader for our partnerships arm to establish and nurture relationships with key partners. The role involves positioning KreditBee as the preferred strategic business partner and ideating programs and strategies to accelerate the growth of our partnership model.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day business and relationships with key partners.
- Design and execute commercial partnerships and strategic initiatives across various product domains.
- Oversee lead funnel management and ensure maximum funnel efficiency.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make adjustments as needed.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for handling partner queries and developing action plans.
- Significant experience in the financial industry or startups in sales & business development or product management.
- Proven ability to strategize and execute with strong relationships in the relevant value chain/customer set.
- Track record of achieving quantitative targets and building business relationships.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong team player.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
