Job Description

As a Senior Alliance Growth Expert, you will identify and nurture relationships with strategic partners, including SaaS providers, LMS platforms, HR tech firms, and EdTech companies.

You will develop alliances that align with Tescra's long-term growth and product development strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partnerships, ideally within HR tech, SaaS, EdTech, or similar industries.

A strong track record of building revenue-generating partnerships with global technology firms and enterprise clients is essential.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
