Strategic Partnerships Manager

BusinessOnBot is a forward-thinking company that empowers D2C brands by driving innovation and growth through strategic partnerships. We're seeking an experienced Partnership Development Lead to join our team and drive the future-oriented vision and plans around Meta ecosystem.
Your Career Growth:
- You'll have the opportunity to lead a 55-people team and become the VP of Strategic Alliances within a series A funding round.
- You'll work closely with super-strong technical, design, and product teams to solve large-scale business problems using a technology-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and build relationships with key ecosystem and enterprise partners.
- To drive revenue targets every month.
- To build a community of enablers in the D2C ecosystem and organize webinars/events for the same.
- To understand market sentiment and drive product integrations with partners.
- To work with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Tech teams to understand market trends and drive partnerships.
- To innovate sales funnels and add new revenue channels.
- To track metrics of different sales channels and drive revenue growth and cost optimization for customers.
What Makes You a Good Fit:
- A good human being with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- 3-4 years of experience in driving revenue, sales, and partnerships, preferably in SaaS.
- Prior partnership lead or founder experience is preferred.
- A deep understanding of customer concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products.
- An analytical and data-driven approach with ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
