About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join ADCI - BLR 14 SEZ - F07 as a Strategic Vendor Partnership Manager. In this role, you will work closely with key vendors to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and improve customer experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales and marketing professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Expert - Amazon Vendor Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in vendor management, account management, and sales. You will be responsible for managing key vendor relationships, developing strategic account plans, and working closely with internal teams to deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Manage key vendor relationships, including communication, issue resolution, and performance monitoring
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver business results
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on handled issues and develop recommendations and action plans to improve vendor experience
  • Provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners
  • Support the launches of new programs, categories, and features

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in vendor/account/catalog management, buying/sourcing/sales, product management, supply chain
  • 2+ years of experience interacting with customers/stakeholders
  • 1+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas)
  • Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Fast learner and ability to deal with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of macros and data analytics
  • Ability to drive process or procedure improvements
  • Knowledge of tools such as Sharepoint, SIM-ticketing, and project management tools as well as experience using scripts

Salary Range:
