About the Role
At ADCI - BLR 14 SEZ, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Vendor Partnership Manager to join our Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Team of Retail Business Services.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to shape and deliver on a strategy for managing Amazon AVS vendors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing long-term partnerships with key vendor partners, driving business growth, and optimizing product lines for key manufacturers on Amazon.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex data, and develop effective marketing strategies to grow vendor traffic, brand awareness, and revenue on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendor partners to drive business growth and optimize product lines.
- Partner with the Retail Category Team to build successful communication channels, set clear expectations, and manage towards a growth plan for vendors.
- Develop and execute joint business plans that deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for vendors and Amazon.
- Conduct deep dive analyses on vendor issues, publish recommendations, and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience.
- Measure success by the performance of vendors on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers.
We offer a competitive salary in the range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Please note that this role requires a minimum of 3-4 years of account management/vendor management experience, with an MBA degree and proficiency in Excel.
