Amazon AVS - Strategic Vendor Partnership Manager

We are a customer-centric company that offers top-notch services to our most engaged customers - sellers/vendors. We strive to help them grow their businesses on Amazon through our paid B2B service, Amazon Vendor Services (AVS). In partnership with Retail Business Services (RBS), we aim to provide key Vendors with exceptional support to enhance their partnerships with Amazon.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Consultant (VC) to join our team. As a VC, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering strategies for managing key metric pillars for Amazon AVS vendors. Your primary focus will be on the strategic and operational aspects of managing customer relationships with our vendors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Succeeding in this role will be measured by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and the impact of vendors on creating a great customer experience.
  • You will partner with the Retail (AVS) Team to manage vendor relationships by championing the vendor's needs at Amazon.
  • You will build communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors.
  • You will build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon.
  • You will work with internal Amazon teams/vendors to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.
  • You will conduct deep dive analysis on handled issues for the vendors and develop recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience.
  • You will provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution.
  • You will establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners for the group of vendors handled.
  • You will support the launches of new programs, categories, and features.
  • You will conduct regular WBRs, MBRs with the vendors highlighting business metric performance and building action plans.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in managing high-priority queues

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹ 15 lakhs - ₹ 20 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
