Job Description:We're seeking a bright and driven Brand Partnership Specialist to join our team
You'll play a key role in managing vendor relationships, driving business growth, and enhancing customer experience on Amazon. As part of our dynamic AVS team, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple functional areas, including site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing.
Your primary responsibilities will include establishing long-term partnerships with key vendors, partnering with the Retail Category Team, building successful communication channels, setting expectations, providing clear status communications, and managing towards a growth plan for the vendors.
You'll also build and execute joint business plans, conduct deep dive analyses on vendor issues, publish recommendations, and develop action plans based on data to improve vendor experience.
Success will be measured by the performance of your vendors on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Excel
- 1+ years of Account Management/Vendor Management
