About the Job

We are offering an exceptional position for Vendor Consultant (VC), part of Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) in partnership with Retail Business Services (RBS). The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering strategies for managing key metric pillars for Amazon AVS vendors.

About You

To excel in this role, you will need bright, customer-centric, driven, and creative skills. You will interface internally with leaders from RBS, Retail, and Vendor Services teams and be responsible for certain aspects of the vendor's business with Amazon. Direct engagement with multiple internal teams will be required to optimize business for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon.com.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will conceive, create, and analyze a wide range of data to grow the vendor's traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon.
  • You will look into strategic and operational aspects of their business with Amazon, perform root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor's business.
  • You will focus on the strategic and operational aspects of managing customer relationships with our vendors.

Success will be measured by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and impact of vendors on creating a great customer experience.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and qualifications.
