Tescra Software Pvt Ltd is expanding its network of alliances to amplify our product ecosystem and drive sustainable growth. We are looking for a results-driven Senior Manager with experience in HR tech, SaaS, or related industries to cultivate and manage strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify and nurture relationships with strategic partners, including SaaS providers, LMS platforms, HR tech firms, and EdTech companies.
  • Alliance Strategy: Define and execute ACHNET's alliance plan, creating partnerships that enhance our offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align partnership efforts with business objectives, creating business cases and partnership agreements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years in strategic alliances, business development, or partnerships, ideally within HR tech, SaaS, EdTech, or similar industries.
  • Track Record: Proven success in building revenue-generating partnerships with global technology firms and enterprise clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating complex deals, structuring mutually beneficial agreements.
