Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore or Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that drive revenue growth, identifying and securing strategic partnerships with corporate clients, and leveraging existing networks to build new relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with corporate clients
  • Leverage existing networks to build new relationships with key decision-makers
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Snapmint to prospective partners
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities
  • Achieve/exceed set targets in successful prospecting of CXO/Founder level people in D2C & Offline brands

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Enterprise sales role in fintech/SAAS or e-commerce companies
  • Proven track record of demonstrated success in securing high-value partnerships and driving significant revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of sales qualification and prospecting best practices
  • Ability to secure productive face-to-face meetings with the extended decision-making unit at the client organization

Estimated Salary: ₹20-25 lakhs per annum
