The Role

We are seeking a Partner Operations Manager to drive strategic operational partnerships with our third-party studios, content distributors, and fulfillment vendors. As a key member of our Prime Video Partner Operations Management team, you will be responsible for managing the operational performance of our partners, driving long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex escalations spanning multiple business units
  • Drive innovation in delivery and publishing capabilities through influencing internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Define digital supply chain roadmaps, eliminate redundant processes, and execute goals
  • Design workflow strategies for accelerated content delivery in multiple languages, formats, and platforms
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of results-driven experience as an Account or Vendor Manager in a technical, e-commerce, or media-related environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Technical ability, familiarity with industry digital delivery standards, and capacity to acquire new technology concepts quickly
  • Experience managing process updates across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearWhat We Offer
