About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Partnership Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Identification: Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our business goals.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for partnership growth and development.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Negotiation and Agreement: Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles. Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing channel partners. Experience working with North American markets is mandatory.
