Job Title: Senior Partnership Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Development Manager to lead our corporate partnerships and fundraising efforts. This is a unique opportunity to join CrossOver Talent and drive sustainable funding models for our organization.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate partners, creating strategic partnerships, and driving innovation in donor engagement and retention. With a strong focus on fundraising and relationship management, this role requires exceptional project management skills, CRM expertise, and a talent for building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fundraising:
- Create comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure funds from new and existing donors;
- Develop and implement expansion plans to increase the organization's footprint across multiple cities;
- Negotiate and oversee financial arrangements, donation terms, and timelines with donors;
- Meet individual and team fundraising targets, contributing to overall sustainability goals;
- Play a critical role in fund allocation, major financial decision-making, program management, and grant reporting;
Relationship Management:
- Implement retention strategies to maintain existing donor relationships and increase grant or donation size;
- Act as the account manager for multiple large projects, cultivating strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders;
- Monitor program implementation to ensure adherence to donor agreements and memoranda of understanding (MoUs);
- Drive innovation and sustainability by identifying creative solutions for donor engagement and retention;
Additional Expectations:
- Foster a culture of excellence, open communication, and mutual respect within the team;
- Conduct training sessions to share best practices and build expertise within the team;
- Develop brand visibility campaigns, promotional materials, and advertisements;
- Represent the organization at various forums, showcasing its unique model and impact;
- Embody the organization's values and demonstrate exemplary behavior in all interactions;
Requirements:
- At least 20 years of experience in key account management and partnership development;
- A proven track record in overseeing high-value clients and large-scale programs across diverse regions;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver complex projects within deadlines;
- Experience with CRM systems and their ongoing maintenance;
- Exceptional networking abilities with a talent for building and sustaining relationships;
- High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism;
- Prior experience in B2B sales is preferred;
