Sales Development Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Partnership Development Manager or Influencer Marketing Business Development Lead to spearhead our sales growth strategy. This dynamic individual will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong relationships with key brand partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Account Management: Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Foster strong partnerships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Campaign Strategy and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, marketing, and creative departments, to design impactful campaigns that meet clients' goals and objectives. Collaborate with influencers to develop bespoke content solutions that maximize brand engagement and ROI.
  • Business Development and Revenue Growth: Establish and maintain a robust business pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on emerging trends and industry developments.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience in the influencer marketing space, with a focus on selling content solutions, advertising campaigns, and ad slots to brands.
  • Agency and Client Relationship Management: Strong background in managing agency and client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, tailored strategies, and successful campaign execution.
  • Lead Development and Presentation Skills: Proven experience in lead development through various methods, delivering professional presentations, and crafting compelling proposals to close sales and exceed goals.
