Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our University Partnerships initiatives. As the University Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading our partnerships with universities, ensuring strategic alignment and mutually beneficial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership Scouting

  • Identify and evaluate potential university partners based on their strategic fit with our business goals and market needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on global and regional trends in upskilling and higher education.
  • Brief internal teams on target universities for collaboration.

2. Relationship Management and Negotiation

  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders at universities, including deans, program directors, and partnership teams.
  • Represent Intellipaat at industry events, conferences, and meetings to foster partnerships.

3. Partnership Development and Implementation

  • Negotiate and finalize agreements that benefit both parties.
  • Design and structure partnership models such as co-branded courses, certification programs, or credit-bearing pathways.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and content teams) to align university offerings with our business objectives.

4. Program Execution and Monitoring

  • Oversee the launch of collaborative programs, ensuring seamless integration into our platform.
  • Monitor performance and impact of partnerships, using feedback to refine strategies.
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for partnerships across different geographies.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote university-backed programs to learners.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate university offerings into our platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar role within EdTech, higher education, or a related industry.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value deals with domestic and international partners.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
