About the Role

We have openings for:

  • Deputy Registrar: A key position in supporting the registrar's office in student admissions, records, and other administrative tasks.
  • Office Assistant: A vital role in providing administrative support to various departments across the university.
  • Executive Assistant: A high-level administrative position responsible for coordinating executive-level activities and communications.
  • Unit Manager: A leadership role overseeing specific units or departments within the university.
  • Physical Education Director: Responsible for leading the physical education department and implementing fitness programs for students.
  • Admissions Counsellor: Assists students with their application process, provides guidance on course selection, and maintains relationships with schools and parents.
  • Student Coordinator / Counsellor: Supports students with personal and academic issues, referring them to relevant resources when needed.
  • Manager - Placement: Oversees the placement process, establishing partnerships with industry partners to secure internships and job opportunities for graduates.
  • Placement Officer (Internship): Works closely with employers to provide internship opportunities for students, ensuring a smooth transition from academia to industry.
  • Alumni Relation Officer: Develops and maintains relationships with alumni, fosters connections between alumni and current students, and organizes alumni events.
  • Lab Instructor: Teaches laboratory classes, supervises students during experiments, and develops curriculum content.
  • Manager Technology: Leads the technology department, ensuring effective IT systems, infrastructure, and services are in place to support the university community.
  • ERP: Manages and implements Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manager - Internal Audit (CA): Conducts internal audits, reviews financial transactions, and ensures compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assistant Manager - Internal Audit (CA Inter): Supports the internal audit manager, conducting risk assessments, reviewing financial reports, and identifying areas for improvement.
