We emphasize understanding foreign culture, utilizing foreign experiences as reference points, and staying abreast of international pedagogy and teaching and learning processes. This ensures our university remains at the forefront of the international academic arena.

To achieve this vision, we invite applications for visiting / adjunct faculty positions on a purely short-term basis from national and foreign faculty. We seek faculty members possessing excellent academic backgrounds, commitment to quality teaching, and a track record of cutting-edge research for all programs of the University.

Salary

Although salary is not explicitly mentioned, based on industry standards and location, we estimate a competitive salary range between ₹500,000 to ₹1,200,000 (approximately $6,400 to $15,600 USD) per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This position involves engaging in teaching, research, and collaborative projects with the university's faculty and students. Visiting faculty will have the opportunity to work within an Indian education system and gain familiarity with Indian society and culture.

The duration of this appointment is one semester or one year, depending on the needs of the University. All instruction is conducted in English.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Foreign Nationals holding a valid passport as proof of Nationality
  • Fluency in English
  • Holding at least a Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline duly recognized by UGC, India
  • Having a current full-time teaching or consulting assignment in the home country or one of its territories
  • In at least the tenth year of full-time teaching/corporate or consultancy
  • Not involved in any criminal activity or being prosecuted by legal authorities of the home country or there is no inquiry pending against the candidate
