Company Overview: Avanti Finance is a leading provider of financial services to underserved populations. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Partnership Development Manager.

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the complete process across the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to scale up. This includes assessing potential partner organisations, preparing credit notes, and driving channel partners for enabling financial inclusion. They will also own the implementation of livelihood financing experiments on ground with the partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end implementation of projects in the partnership team
• Assess potential partner organisations and prepare credit notes in line with organisational policy and risk metrics
• Understand and drive channel partners for enabling financial inclusion
• Own the implementation of livelihood financing experiments on ground with the partners
• Support partners on the field in driving digital financial services through Avanti platform
• Train various partners on the operational process and ensure implementation on the field
• Monitor on-field operations and drive growth through channels and partner network
• Engage in gathering market intelligence for scoping/adding potential partners

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Field visits to interact with partners and borrowers to understand gaps and modify relevant modules
• Undertake market research to understand market trends, stress, changes, and implement it in the organisation
• Prepare MIS/dashboards for internal and external reporting
• Liaise with Technology team to design and roll out features
• Develop experimental frameworks and implement them with the Channel Partners

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
• Financial statement analysis
• Interpersonal skills to manage Channel partners
• Working knowledge of MS-Office
• Proficiency in multiple Indian Languages is a plus
• Open to travelling and working with various partners on the field

Salary Range: ₹20,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and location.
