Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential brand partnerships across various industries.
  2. Initiate personalized outreach efforts to key decision-makers, utilizing a structured tracker for follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
  3. Cultivate high-value partnerships, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations while aligning with BabyBillion's quality standards.
  4. Nurture relationships with clients through in-person meetings when required, guaranteeing seamless execution with the internal team.
  5. Provide regular progress reports to the Founders' team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Exceptional research and outreach skills to identify and connect with top brands.
  • Proven experience in securing partnerships and managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, result-driven mindset with flexibility to travel when needed.

We offer an attractive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to drive your success as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager at BabyBillion.
