**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our strategic partnership initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will identify and evaluate potential partners, develop strategies to enhance collaboration, and ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

About You

  • You have 7-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, preferably with an MBA from a Tier 1 college.
  • You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively influence diverse stakeholders internally and externally.
  • You have a proven track record of collaborative problem-solving, internal relationship-building, and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term partnership strategies to drive business growth (Merchants, GMV, and revenue).
  • Maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring long-term success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing issues and identifying mutual benefit opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, compliance, risk) for seamless partnership initiative execution.
  • Analyze and report on partnership performance, providing insights for improvement.

Requirements

  • Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
  • $80,000 - $100,000 cash compensation
  • $40,000 - $50,000 Bonus
  • $0 - $10,000 Stock Options
