Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy for managing key metric pillars for Amazon AVS vendors.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to work closely with internal teams, including RBS, Retail, and Vendor Services teams, to optimize business for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon.com.

The successful candidate will conceive, create, and analyze a wide range of data to grow the vendor's traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon.

You will also be responsible for rooting out strategic and operational issues affecting the vendor's business and developing recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Retail (AVS) Team to manage vendor relationships by championing the vendor's needs at Amazon.
  • Build communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors.
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon.
  • Work with internal Amazon teams/vendors to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on handled issues for the vendors and develop recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience.
  • Provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners for the group of vendors handled.
  • Support the launches of new programs, categories, and features.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 1+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 2+ years of interacting with customers/stakeholders experience.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
