About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Team in North America. As an AVS Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering strategies for managing our AVS vendors.

You will work closely with ecommerce/digital teams of your assigned vendors and internal stakeholders across our Retail Vendor Management and Vendor Services teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage multiple aspects of the vendor's business with Amazon.

You will engage directly with internal teams to optimize and troubleshoot issues to grow business for your vendors on Amazon. You will utilize a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as selection, catalogue quality, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, to drive performance of vendor partners at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners.
  • Partner with the Retail Category Team to build successful communication channels and set clear expectations.
  • Build and execute joint business plans that deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
  • Measure success based on performance metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience.

You will conceive, create, and analyze a wide range of deal activities to grow the vendor's traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon. You will also look into operational aspects of vendor's business with Amazon, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities impacting business.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
  • Experience with Excel and analyzing data to assess performance drivers
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each managed account
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
