About the Role:
As an Account Manager for Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategies for managing AVS vendors. You will be responsible for establishing long-term partnerships with key vendor partners, building successful communication channels, and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing strong relationships with vendors to drive business growth and improve customer experience
- Partnering with Retail Category Teams to set clear expectations, provide status updates, and manage towards a growth plan for vendors
- Building and executing joint business plans that deliver on key business opportunities and KPIs for both vendors and Amazon
- Conducting deep-dive analysis on vendor issues and publishing recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- Experience with Excel and data analysis
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms
Salary: Estimated $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
