Amazon Vendor Strategy Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Amazon Vendor Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering on a strategy for managing key metric pillars for Amazon AVS vendors.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in vendor management, sales, e-commerce, account management, business development, B2B services, logistics or in-stock, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced level of German (minimum B2 or Advanced Level Certification) is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Retail (AVS) Team to manage vendor relationship by championing the vendor's needs at Amazon.
- Build strong communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors.
- Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon.
- Conduct deep dive analysis on the handled issues for the vendors and develop recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience.
- Provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution.
- Establish long term partnerships with key vendor partners for the group of vendors handled.
- Support the launches of new programs, categories and features.
- Conduct regular WBR, MBRs with the vendors highlight business metric performance and building action plans.
Benefits:
