We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships within the education sector, focusing on colleges and universities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive partnership plans to foster collaborative relationships with educational institutions.
  • Negotiate and secure new partnership opportunities to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing institutional partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to leverage alliances for maximum impact.
  • Monitor partnership performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements to enhance outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in alliance management or a related field within the education industry.
  • Strong network and understanding of college, university, and academic institution operations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet business objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of building high-value partnerships.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth by connecting educational institutions with innovative solutions. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
