Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven individual to lead our University Partnerships initiatives. This role is crucial to our mission of creating impactful collaborations with domestic and international universities, enhancing the scope and quality of our upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential university partners based on strategic fit and market needs.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at universities, including deans, program directors, and partnership teams.
  • Partnership Development: Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both Intellipaat and partner universities.
  • Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the launch of collaborative programs, ensuring seamless integration into the platform.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must-Have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar role within EdTech, higher education, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with domestic and international partners.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
