Job Role:

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that drive revenue growth. This includes identifying, negotiating, and securing strategic partnerships with corporate clients, maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting Snapmint's product.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Snapmint's product
  • Maintain market intelligence and stay ahead in the fintech landscape

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Enterprise sales role in fintech/SAAS or e-commerce companies
  • Proven track record of securing high-value partnerships and driving significant revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence senior executives

Estimated Salary: ₹20-30 lakhs per annum (Bangalore / Gurgaon)
