Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Development Lead to join our team at Mahima Consultancy. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our business partnership strategy.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, with a focus on increasing revenue and driving growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain strong relationships with business partners, including regular communication and issue resolution.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions.

  • Provide quarterly targets to regions and ensure proper follow-up with prospects.

  • Create consumer connect with partners by effective utilization of marketing and consumer offers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business partnerships or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
