**Joining Our Team**
The partnerships team at The/Nudge Institute is responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with donors from various segments. As a strategic partnerships marketing lead, you will own data on current and prospective donors, develop targeted messaging, design social media plans, and identify recognition opportunities. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to create donor-facing collaterals and support fundraising efforts.
**The Ideal Candidate**
We are looking for someone with a strong desire to work in the non-profit sector, preferably with 8-10 years of full-time experience in a start-up environment. Prior experience in B2B outreach, content marketing, and social media is highly desirable. If you are resourceful, detail-oriented, and have hands-on experience with marketing tools, we want to hear from you.
**What We Offer**
The Nudge Institute offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment, where everyone feels valued and respected.
