Job Overview:

At Jobhunterr, we are seeking a Strategic Business Partnership Specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure that clients receive maximum satisfaction from their purchases.

Educating clients about our products and services is also an essential part of this role.

We take pride in resolving client complaints promptly and efficiently.

The Strategic Business Partnership Specialist will also conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather valuable insights and make recommendations for improvement.

In addition, this role involves working closely with internal departments to ensure that the company meets client expectations.

The role requires oversight of the customer relationship management system.

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹2-3.5 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
