Strategic Partnership Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at Draup Business Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners across North America.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective partnership growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements.
- 3-7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing channel partners.
- Experience working with North American markets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the partnership development landscape and be able to navigate complex partner relationships. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
