Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a consultative relationship builder who can develop and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, identifying opportunities to grow their business with us.
  • You will be responsible for generating revenue across various product lines, including liabilities, assets, and fee-based products, while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of investment products and services, as well as the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new HNI clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Provide personalized service to HNI clients, including regular calls and portfolio reviews to identify opportunities and meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and provide timely solutions.
  • Promote Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services to HNI clients, focusing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

  • Aptitude to deliver high-quality customer service using organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Decision-making skills with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience in building and maintaining HNI customer relationships is essential.
