In this role, you will be responsible for managing enterprise rewards and loyalty sales efforts, developing and leading the company's enterprise rewards and loyalty strategy, driving business growth by offering innovative, customizable solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and executing a sales plan targeting key industries such as retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and financial services for enterprise loyalty solutions.
- Managing partnerships and identifying opportunities to enhance our loyalty solutions offering.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that loyalty and rewards solutions are effectively marketed, legally sound, and meet regulatory standards.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 4-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, loyalty, or rewards program management, with a strong focus on delivering enterprise-level solutions.
- Proven track record of building and scaling loyalty or rewards solutions for large enterprises across industries such as retail, hospitality, and e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of customer engagement and loyalty strategies, with the ability to translate business objectives into tailored rewards solutions.
**Estimated Salary:** ₹28,00,000 - ₹42,00,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
