Job Title: Enterprise Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Randstad Enterprise. As an Enterprise Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for screening and shortlisting candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough screenings of profiles, CVs, and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Utilize data insights and market knowledge to refine and optimize screening strategies.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for various roles across multiple industries.
• Drive innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas to improve recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on shortlisted candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in candidate screening and recruitment.

Continuous Improvement:

• Cooperate and partner with client stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of screening processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment programs and policies to support business growth.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that values diverse perspectives and expertise.
• Coordinate with global recruitment teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in candidate screening processes.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate screening and report findings to inform future improvements.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO/RPO/MSP/Recruitment/Sourcing context.
• Experience working in customer service/customer relationship or high-volume BPO environments is highly valued.
• 1-2 years of experience in the BPO sector is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly on operational management levels.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to understand clients' needs and translate those into daily productivity goals.

Competitive Salary: ₹6,50,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum
