We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
The successful candidate will design and implement effective recruitment strategies, develop job descriptions, and post advertisements at job portals. They will also source profiles from various platforms, carry out full life cycle recruiting, including cold calling and pre-screening employees, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, initiating interviews, and maintaining a tracker of weekly plans and reviews.
In addition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will coordinate package details with candidates and create a base vs expected comparative report for senior management. They must possess a Bachelor's degree, effective communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
