We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for developing/implementing sourcing and fulfillment strategies to support our business objectives.

This role will involve working closely with hiring managers and internal partners to provide expertise around the recruitment process and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions effectively.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process: source, screen, assess, negotiate and close. A strong background in recruiting best practices, employment law, immigration and governmental regulations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective staffing programs/projects to drive business results
  • Source and attract top talent using innovative strategies, market intelligence and assessment techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Contribute to Cisco's recruitment brand by leveraging social media channels
  • Analyze data to inform recruitment strategies and optimize performance

Requirements:

  • University degree in business management or commerce/economics
  • 9+ years of relevant staffing experience with demonstrated strong career accomplishments
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence and resolve complex hiring issues
