Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the execution of talent acquisition programs and practices related to workforce planning and management in our global sourcing center of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across different internal functions to define and lead strategic initiatives that support business goals.
  • Collaborate with functional talent acquisition teams to drive operational excellence, adopt data-driven decision making, and implement best practices.
  • Develop and execute projects focused on continuous improvement and establish best practices around sourcing functions.
  • Identify and partner with external providers/vendors/partners as required to ensure hiring needs are met.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, technology hiring environment.
  • Proven track record of hiring high volumes and against tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a start-up ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Technical bent of mind and ability to understand technology hiring needs of clients and advise talent acquisition teams on talent landscapes.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About This Role

This role requires a highly metrics-driven individual with team handling experience. You will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of supply management from a COE standpoint and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
