Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team at Wings Global Services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and management, with experience in developing and implementing sustainable hiring strategies.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, from initial screening to final selection, ensuring that all candidates meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.

A key aspect of this role is the development and implementation of employee referral programs, designed to attract top talent and increase employee engagement.

The Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader will also be responsible for analyzing hiring needs and providing forecasts to ensure accurate staffing levels.

In addition, this role involves designing and executing selection processes, including interviews and screening calls, to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, as well as familiarity with various selection methods.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably as a Talent Acquisition Manager, is required. Additionally, experience in handling a team of recruiters and managing vendors is essential.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
