As Ascendion continues to drive growth and innovation, we're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker with extensive industry experience to shape the future of our talent acquisition efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing recruitment team, collaborating closely with Engineering leaders to develop a robust talent pipeline. They will also play a key role in coordinating hiring events, providing recruiting support, and ensuring timely filling of open positions with top-tier talent.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of business acumen, people management skills, and analytical expertise. With at least 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, you'll have a proven track record of driving process excellence and identifying opportunities for improvement.

This role offers a rare chance to make a significant impact on the future of Ascendion's digital engineering capabilities. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define, build, and document hiring forecasts, address key recruitment challenges, and develop strategic approaches for sourcing, branding, assessment, and other areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders to develop a robust talent pipeline, ensuring timely filling of open positions
  • Design and implement effective processes for sourcing, branding, assessment, and other areas of talent acquisition
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions and actions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 12+ years of experience in hiring software and digital engineering skilled workforce
  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent people management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform strategic decisions
  • Business acumen and ability to understand talent insights, with a focus on driving business outcomes

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
