Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

Eastvantage is seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to lead and optimize our global talent acquisition efforts. This individual will be responsible for building strategies to find top talent and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Operations and Sales teams to translate business challenges into solutions and drive hiring strategies.
- Partner with the Sales team and leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless coordination across all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pools.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters across different locations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a global outsourcing organization.
- Strong understanding of global hiring practices including volume hiring and niche hiring.
- Experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media hiring strategies.
- Excellent Client Management skills, exercising a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Location: Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate must be available to work from the office, 5 days a week (in the initial months). Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
