Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

Manipal Hospitals, a pioneer in Healthcare, is one of the top healthcare providers in India, serving over 5 million patients annually. As an integrated network with a pan-India footprint of 37 hospitals across 19 cities and 10,500 beds, we have a talented pool of over 5,600 doctors and an employee strength of over 20,000.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team at Manipal Hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle and end-to-end recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing plans and improve processes
- Negotiating offers and closing positions
- Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
The ideal candidate should have Any Graduate + MBA in HR and minimum of 10+ years of experience in the role of Talent Acquisition. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including effective negotiation skills, are essential.
