We're looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and drive our hiring strategy forward. With a strong track record of success in Talent Acquisition, you'll be responsible for delivering an 'always on' hiring methodology that recruits top talent ahead of the curve using predictive workforce planning data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Predictive Workforce Planning: Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan that identifies future talent needs and develops a pipeline of top candidates.
  • Manpower Planning & Budgeting: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage budgets that support the company's growth trajectory.
  • Sales Team & Hiring Manager Coordination: Strategically coordinate with Sales Teams and Hiring Managers to determine position requirements, identify key skills and qualifications, and convert these requirements into actionable plans.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience working within Talent Acquisition for a fast-paced technology-driven company.
  • Analytical approach and ability to translate goals, metrics, and research into strategy and opportunities.
  • Action-oriented leader with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Process-focused individual with attention to detail.
